Program Description The MBA at this dedicated business college requires 45 credits of coursework including a required internship. No capstone experience is required within a program that takes between 18 months and 4 years depending on pace. The curriculum highlights entrepreneurial thought and leadership. 

 

What will I Learn?

The Babson curriculum is designed around two mega-courses, each worth eight credits. These are entitled Leading through Opportunity and Design and Leading through Innovation and Growth.

Students will become skilled at cooperating with and learning from others in order to achieve a common objective or generate creative work. They develop entrepreneurial abilities in order to lead others in working toward common goals while keeping the ethical consequences of their activities in mind. Graduates can generate and present ideas strategically to a specified audience for a desired goal in written, oral, and visual media, and they can also evaluate and appraise ideas and data to make judgments and recommendations suited to situations and stakeholders.

All students complete a required internship entitled the Babson Consulting Experience.

Students may choose from concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance, or Marketing. 

How much will the program cost?

The program costs $1,990.00 per credit, and 45 credits are required. The total cost of the degree is just under $90,000.00 for the entire degree. Most students take 18 months – 4 years to finish their studies.

How does the program fit into my life?

Participants in this program are not required to visit campus. Students can start the program in March of each year. All classes are synchronous. Classes are scheduled at set times each week and students attend via video conferencing. This approach keeps students accountable and builds connections between peers and instructor.

Students complete the program within 18 months – 4 years. The degree pathway is designed to be completed on a part-time schedule. Most participants are employed full-time while they complete coursework.
