Program Description It is possible to finish the 46 required credits for the program in between 16 and 23 months. Students are not required to complete a capstone course. There is neither an internship nor a practicum available. They also develop their leadership acumen in the required courses Leadership in Organizations, Global Environment of Management and Communication Strategies for Business Professionals.

Alongside these higher-level strategy courses, students gain technical skills in Financial Accounting Concepts, Financial Management,  Advanced Analysis of Accounting Data; Advanced Marketing Management,  and Advanced Financial Management. They further investigate the nitty gritty of everyday business in Management of Information Systems Technology and Operations Management. The curriculum culminates in Strategic Management.

As befits FAU’s location in a leisure and retirement hub, the university offers MBA concentrations in both Hospitality and Tourism Management and in Health Administration.
