|Program Description||The 36 credits of the curriculum can be finished in as little as a year. While a capstone is needed, no practicum or internship is. Eight specialization areas are available for students to choose from: marketing, finance, global business, health care management, entrepreneurship and innovation, and accounting. There are also several certificate programs available.|

Mercer online MBA students can choose to enrich their degree experience through adding one of the following certificates to the curriculum: Business and Data Analytics; Compliance, Regulation, and Analytics in Fintech; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Management; Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Healthcare Management and Analytics; or Women in Leadership.
A capstone course is required of all students.
Concentrations offered are: Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Finance, Global Business, Health Care Management, Integrative Business, Managing People and Change, and Marketing.
These concentrations are preceded by a suite of core courses including courses in Micro and Macro Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Statistics, and Global Managerial Economics. Students also deepen their skills through courses in Managing Human Capital, Accounting for Managers, and Legal Environment of Business. They learn to be skilled and informed decision-makers in courses such as Marketing Decision Making, Financial Decision Making, and Decision Making and Decision Analytics or a course Supply Chain and Logistics Management. They explore the ethical underpinnings of practice in a course in Ethical Leadership.
