What will I Learn?

The program offers a rich peer learning experience by attracting a diverse group of students from fields such as engineering, IT, biotech, consulting, finance, health care and others. Students learn from each other and from instructors as they prepare for more responsible leadership positions in global firms.

All students must take Managerial Statistics, Economic Environment of the Firm, Marketing Management, and Accounting for Decision-Making. They become skilled at business analytics and process improvement through courses in Financial Statement Analysis for Decision-Making, Strategic IT Alignment, and Business Process Management.

Leaders who graduate from this program are also equipped for ethical decision-making through courses such as Leading Responsibly, Global Strategy, Designing for the Value Chain and Law, Ethics and Social Responsibility.

How does the program fit into my life?

Students complete the program within 18 months. They are not required to visit campus at any point in their studies. Classes are provided according to an asynchronous learning model, meaning that course materials are provided weekly and students can complete the activities on their own schedule. Students enter the program in Fall or Spring semesters.

This degree is intended to be an intensive and accelerated learning experience, as indicated by the fast time to degree. To streamline administration, students enter a cohort of peers, and all students in the cohort complete the degree requirements on the same schedule. This model provides less flexibility but a greater degree of simplicity than other program models.

While applicants may be less familiar with the Bentley name than with other prominent MBA schools, this program offers a unique value proposition.
