How does the program fit into my life?

Courses can be taught synchronously, which means that students go to online classes at the same time as their teacher and other students. Some courses may be taught asynchronously, meaning that students are not required to attend an online class at a specified time but instead complete online activities on their own schedules. Learning is achieved through interactive exercises, practice modules, group discussions via online forum or other means, and written assignments. Students do not visit the campus.

Students can begin the program at one of several start dates per year, offering enhanced flexibility. The majority of students finish their studies within 2-3 years.

This online MBA comes in at a reasonable cost-to-degree when compared to many other MBA programs based at California universities. It also boosts accessibility through available financial aid and graduate assistantships. The curriculum is supplemented by optional study abroad or MBA Boot Camp programs, as well as optional internships and active students clubs and extracurricular activities.

Applicants should be aware that this program requires a Comprehensive Assessment to evaluate the student’s knowledge of course concepts across the curriculum. Some students will be attracted by this opportunity to cement and test their knowledge, while others may need to look elsewhere for a program that better meets their preferences.
